About the Department

The Department of Law was established alongside the College of Business Administration, following Royal Directive No. 5150/MB dated 7/3/1429 AH, which received approval from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, Prime Minister, and President of the Higher Education Council. This establishment aimed to offer students at Northern Borders University access to academic departments. Since the inception of Saudi Arabia, laws and regulations have continually progressed, especially during the reign of the current Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman, and his Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman. These advancements have brought about elegance and prosperity as nations flourish by enhancing their legal frameworks and promoting justice within society. Northern Borders University, under the leadership of the University President and the Dean of the College of Business Administration, support and enhance the Law Department to produce a generation of proficient and efficient male and female graduates who can serve the state and society successfully. The Law Department, led by its head and dedicated members, extends a warm welcome to all students, male and female, to explore this legal platform in the hopes of benefiting everyone.
